We are surrounded by natural beauty here in Kakegawa, a castle town of old, and very proud of its heritage and history. Since Maruyama Tea Products Corporation was first established here in Kakegawa in 1933 by its founding President Tsujimatsu Maruyama, we have been working devotedly with green tea. The heart and technique of making green tea have been passed down through four generations of Maruyamas and we are still maintaining the some "heart" and "skill" in order to make delicious green tea. We are located in Kakegawa, Shizuoka, the most famous green tea area in Japan, and have been working with green tea for many years. As a wholesale green tea dealer, we look for traditional and innovative green teas every day. We have made contracts with three top class green tea farmers associations in the Kakegawa area where the most high quality tea is produced. We work with the green tea farmers on a personal level and have built a deep level of trust so that we are able to produce a high quality tea. We sell wholesale to green tea retail stores all over Japan according to their area's preferences and their needs or requests. Until that time our "ara-cha", pre-roasted leaves purchaesd from the farmers, are stored at -25 degrees C to keep them fresh. We accept any size of order, from small quantities to bulk-size orders. In line with the current health trend, people are starting to turn their eyes on the health benefits of green tea.
